Registration
Registration opens April 2012.
The 3rd SETAC CEE Annual Meeting is open to all, presenters and non-presenters. Note that considerable discounts are offered to student participants.
Online registration will be open from early April to mid August 2012. Early registration fees are available until 15 June 2012. After this date, the increased fees are due, also for presenters. A registration desk will also be set up at the conference centre for on-site registration.
Note that accepted abstracts from presenters not having registered by 15 June 2012 will be cancelled and excluded from the programme and abstract book.

Registration and cancellation policy:
- One online registration must be completed by each attendee. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit cards. Cheques will not be accepted!
- Payment terms: In order to be eligible for the early registration fees the payment MUST be received by 15 June 2012. If payment is received after this date, the increased fees are due. All payments must be received prior to the conference date.
- In case you have not received a receipt from us before the conference date we kindly ask you to bring the proof of payment to the meeting. In case no payment was received and no proof of payment can be shown, the registration fee MUST be paid on site!
- After 15 August 2012, only on-site registration is possible.
- If you cancel by 30 June 2012, a cancellation fee of € 50 will be charged or in case of refund, deducted from the already paid amount. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax.
- No refunds will be made for any reason for cancellations received after 30 June 2012. If you cancel your registration but have not paid yet, the outstanding amount will still be due. Paid no-shows will receive all materials covered by their registration fees upon request.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
