‘Milanówek – local sustainable development strategy: assessment and evaluation’ My MSc thesis was performed at the Inter-Faculty Study Programme in Environmental Protection, at the Faculty of Economical Sciences, Warsaw University, at the supervision of Prof. Jerzy Śleszyński.
I am interested in the socio-economic systems’ relationships with the environment, particularly in the local sustainable development. I would like to find out if and in what way establishment of the Natura 2000 areas affect local communities’ quality of life. I am taking part in the research project concerning nature conservation on private lands.
